Gabriella, I am glad you enjoyed it. It is a small museum and not for everyone, as their services are not very good, but recently they have added a real ticket desk, so maybe things are improving! Do go back, it is worth it.

Palazzo Davanzati has always been on my top 10 list! I was lucky to see it a week before it closed its’ doors in 1995 and have not been back! After reading your article I know I have to go back!

I always return to Italy when I am able to. Have spent many many many profound stays in Florence. I was there during the anniversary of the Flood and the city was amazing for days. I hope to return in late Fall. So happy I stumbled on your Blog. I have a friend who lives in Rome and does a historical sights blog. Look forward to your next entry.
