Illy Caffe’ has made this video about how to make the perfect moka, or Italian coffee. It’s even better than the photos and description I’ve posted about in the past: How to make Italian coffee in your Bialetti moka (expresso maker)! With animation you can see exactly the height to which you need to fill the moka, very handy.
